- Displays or demonstrates product, using visual tools, samples or
catalog, and emphasizes salable features at trade shows, open houses, and
sales training opportunities.
- Maintains customer account portfolio, including sales volume, trip and
customer re-ports, working agreements and other tracking reports.
- Creates reports for business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
- Assists with customer training by making presentations or participating
in the sales/order process.
- Represents manufacturer in fair and honest way.
- Participate in developing and presenting training to other associates
within the company
- Acts as an interface between the company and the customer on pricing,
product availability and credit issues. Also gathers and disseminates
information regarding product improvement, process improvements, including
functions like shipping, quality, accounting, competitive information, and
business opportunities.
